We had to unexpectedly replace our refrigerator on short notice and purchased a new LG side by side, with a small dent, saving about $1,000 on the price of a new one. We keep our kitchen timer magnet over the small dent, so it was essentially brand new, and came with a 24 month warranty. We Highly Recommend if you want to get a great appliance, at a great price!! We are going to be getting a washer and dryer from the same Appliance 4 Less Austin location in the near future!!

Love this place! Purchased a dryer out of necessity (my dryer broke) and was back within two days to buy the matching washer. Michael came twice within a few days to deliver both and he is the most helpful and efficient installer. This will always be my first stop for appliances. You get the same items they have at the Big Box stores for way less. The warranty is better than the original manufacturers

Really great experience for us. We bought fridge and washer dryer from here. Installation was really quick, got delivery next day with installation. Overall really a great experience as the store manager was really humble and shows us everything patiently without any mess. Highly recommend this place. Some of our products have dents or scratches on the surface although these don’t affect the functionality of them. That’s why we give our customers a big discount on our home appliances.

Do the dents or scratches affect the product functionality?

Not at all, they are just cosmetic defects and our products always get tested before we put them for sale at our store.

Are your products new, used or refurbished?

Our products have never been used, they are new and packed inside.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Do your products come with warranty?

Yes, all our appliances include a 1 year-free warranty that covers parts and labor. Furthermore, our customers can extend it up to 4 years at a small additional cost. The warranty extension price is reasonable and it includes both parts and labor too.

What if the product does not work right after the purchase?

It should not happen but there is always a very small possibility. However, if it happens, we will go to your house to get the problem fixed for you.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Do you offer installation service?

Yes, of course! We offer delivery and installation for a small fee up to 50 miles.

How long will delivery take?

Our standard delivery and installation can be completed within 24-48 hours.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have confirmed your order and you have paid for them at our store, we will let you know a date for the delivery so you can organize yourself and receive the product at home.
